PHOTO EVIDENCE WILL BE NEEDED AS PROOF.
We hand make most of the products we sell and we accept that although we do our best sometimes things don't turn out perfect, But we thoroughly inspect each product before it is sent to avoid disappointment.
If an item is damaged or broken please contact us! we will need an email with a full description and clear photo evidence of the damaged item so we can determine if it needs replacing, If so the item can be posted back to us at buyers cost.
